| The Specialist uses a cleaner which leaves NO residue...it gets amazingly dry very quickly. This is one of the main reasons we opted to use this company. We had an extra service of stain protection which has a warranty....a symbol of how good their work is. Before they left, they asked several times if they could do anything else for us. When they left, everything was perfect.....the carpets still look brand new. I saw the lady on her hands and knees wiping down my entry way for any dust that came in while they cleaned, which I was planning on checking for after they left. I like that I didn't have to ask or be compulsive with them, as it seems they were on the same wavelength which puts us both at ease. It can be akward to have to ask contractors to be careful with your belongings and feel as though you're a bother to them. I didn't have that feeling with The Specialists, ever. Before they start they place little L-shaped barriers at all the corners and doorways which protect the walls from bumps and scratches. | We have very expensive carpeting which must be cleaned professionally to maintain the lifetime warranty. " The Specialists" is one of the few companies that meets the standards of our carpet manufacturer. In addition we have a Bichon Frise with allergies and my husband has a lung disease which requires oxygen. The Specialists use products that absolutely do not hurt, pollute, smell,etc. so both dog and spouse can be in the house as the work is being done and immediately afterward with no ill effects.
