| The owners came out to give a free estimate, explain everything they were going to do and the exact pricing. We received a discount for vacuuming and moving the furniture before they came. They did everything they said they would do and more, and the price quoted was exactly what we paid (we did pay extra, as my husband also gave them a tip - which SHOCKED me that he would do that!) We have NEVER had service like this before from a carpet cleaning company. Astounding, personable, friendly, very happy and funny people that are very knowledgeable and professional. Very careful with my belongings, and cleaned up any evidence that they were here. They gave us booties to walk around and point out anything we thought should be cleaned again before they leave. | The specialists just recently cleaned my carpets and they look great! James was very professional and got some tough spots out of our carpets. He also did a very good job on our area rug in the living room, which had a lot of spills from having children around.
