I was overcharged $10 for this service... I got a recipt from the owner saying paid in full for $79.95, then was charged $89.95... a $10 credit card processing fee was added on... My recipt at the time of service did not say it, and the owner Michael did not mention it at all... then he dings me with the extra $10, very unprofessional!!! I want my $10 back... it is not a lot of $$ but it is the priciple that is at stake here!!! |

A&B did a great job--the service technician was at our home on time, was extremely courteous, represented the company well, and before departing gave us tips and phone numbers to call should we have any problems with the carpets or upholstered pieces drying. It took a couple of hours for everything to dry and it looks great. The cost was exactly what I was quoted over the phone and very competively priced compared to larger carpet cleaning companies. We will use this company again! |

More than satisfied. Very Thorough cleaning: use of "rake" to extract deep debris in carpet, then cleaning with steam results in cleaner carpets. Your Machine and the raking of carpet and your machine does not let water go back in to the carpet, instead the water is always clean, while the dirty water is disposed of. My carptes stay cleaner longer and the use of the "rake" has been beneficiaal in the extracting of hidden debris. |
