    Wayne and Sue Burton austin After reading about horror stories and the inherent issues with Travertine tile floors on the web, we were very apprehensive on what to do with our floors but we know we needed to do something. The floor had dulled and was showing many pits in the surface just due to the nature of the material after three years of traffic. Gary came in a gave us a proposal to bring our Travertine floor back to it's original state. He recommended cleaning, filling, polishing and sealing the floor to bring back it to a high luster. Gary impressed us with his professionalism, punctuality and the interest he showed in the job. After it's all said and done, the floors look much better than they did when they were new.     Nikki and Larry Pratt Austin Gary has perfected the process of restore dingy tile and stained grout to like-new condition. Our tile and grout are light beige in color and the grout was never sealed. After four years and minimal cleaning, it was heavily stained in the major traffic areas and especially in the kitchen. Gary and his son did an amazing job making the tile and grout throughout the house look brand new. It is exciting to know the grout is stained and sealed and will remain looking like the originally installed grout. He even guarantees it for five years!     Ralph P Hawkins Jr Ausstin In 12/2007, Gary agreed to strip our D'Hanis tile from the dark brown stain and seal which was applied to it 32 years ago. We had not been able to find anyone in town who would agree to do this, their saying that it was a caustic and difficult job which they did not want to attempt. Gary totally stripped the tile to it's unstained and unsealed state and applied a coat of sealer to the tile and grout. Because the tile was so absorbent, he came out again and applied a second coat and then a third touch up. In the 32 years which we have lived here, the tile never had looked as good as it did after Gary finished. This month, when the finish was accidentally damaged, we called Gary again and he came out the next day and was able to restore it back to it's attractive state. Gary definitely deserves 5 stars in all categories. Quality of work:
